We generally will add fit notes in the description of each product if the item fit is slightly larger or smaller than traditional sizing.

Please use the chart below as a standard guideline for sizing on most items we sell.  Also, please be sure to read the description on each item as some manufacturers/vendors we partner with sometimes do not follow this chart.  We do our best to provide a "fits like a size ...." in the description if an item does not conform to the standard below.  This is often the case for vintage, but also a few other vendors.  

As always, please feel COMPLETELY comfortable contacting us via messenger, email, or telephone to ask us directly about sizing of any item.  We are very helpful in assisting you in finding out the correct size for your body type.  We kindly welcome returns for any unworn items that that doesn't fit to your liking. Simply contact us within 10 days of receiving the item(s), and we will provide you the return information. 

• Shipping Timelines: Allow 1-2 days for order processing. If products are in stock, it will ship the next day.  If products are not in stock, we will send an email with an update on the timeline for receiving stock on the item purchased.  

• Custom Orders: If products are custom orders such as earring painting or other jewelry customizations, it's typically 2-3 days processing. We know how frustrating it is to have to wait on products, therefore, we try our best to keep things stocked.  In instances where we fall short, we send a free accessory as our way of saying "thank you so much for being patient". ;-)

• Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products.  If any product has physical defects, we will replace them at no extra charge to you.  Simply send us a photo or video of the product and we will process your issue by first, shipping out a replacement (if in stock). If not in stock, we will offer you an opportunity for exchanging to a different product. If no product is desired, we will refund your money for that product.

• Questions: We LOVE when you contact us for questions.  We are estatic to answer any questions about fit, color, prints, shipping, customizations and more.  Simply contact us by email, Instagram messenger or Facebook messenger and we'll respond the same day...often within minutes!

• Returns and Exchanges: We allow returns for defective products.  We allow exchanges for products that do not fit or that maybe just wasn't quite what you were looking for.  Our exchange and return policy is as follows: Contact us within 10 days of delivery of your product to inform us of your desire to exchange or return. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with their return.

• Ship packages back to: Emorie Jordon Showroom 42016 Silver Puffs Drive Lancaster, CA 93536. Once we receive the merchandise, we will contact you and work to assist you in finding the perfect exchange.

• Recieving Your Shipment: If you do not receive your items within 4 days of shipment, contact us promptly. 

Every order will receive the following 3 emails from us:

1. Order Received email 2. Order Shipped email. 3. Order Delivered email. 

Please be sure to watch for your Order delivered email! In the rare event that a package is misdelivered or cannot be delivered for any reason, we MUST know that you have NOT received the package within the same week. 

The longer you wait to report it, the less likely we will be able to work with the shipping carrier to get the package to you.  Please Note: If you do not report the package missing within 3 days of receiving the "Order Delivered" email, you assume the responsiblity for the package and must work with the postal service to resolve. 

• International Shipping: Our goal is to offer international shipping by 2022. Stay tuned.

The Emorie Jordon brand is all about culture, community and connecting women globally. I am a fashion designer/illustrator, and have always been partial to 1970’s fashion. Primarily because it reminds me of how many strong women embraced their bodies and defined their own standards of beauty.  Similarly, I am just as inspired by women all around the world when I travel. We look for the women artisans because they have amazing stories, beautiful spirits, and tremendous honor in what they create. This is what inspired our brand.  

HANDMADE ACCESSORIES: Majority of our accessories are handmade, handcrafted or sourced by women or women business owners locally and abroad.

VINTAGE:  We partner with women in our communities to curate vintage clothing that they once adored and/or loved to share stories of.  We love connecting the past with the present and we are completely obsessed with the details, uniqueness, and quality of vintage clothing. 

NEW FASHION: We are now growing into a brand that urges women to travel often for their own life education. Hence why we use #studyabroad #culturallycurious. Therefore, we aim to offer the most versatile styles that women can wear when traveling, attending festivals, or simply grabbing brunch with the girls. 

Personally, this brand has given me a spirit of community with women I don’t even know. It is my belief that sisterhood is the oldest culture on earth and it is the most essential to the empowerment and progression of women.
